These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") form a legal agreement between the bgt33 platform ("Platform", "we", "our") and its users ("you", "member"). bgt33 is a platform providing online betting and casino services in the Bangladesh market.

These Terms apply to the bgt33 website, mobile application, and all related services. By accessing the platform or starting to use any service, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to abide by these Terms.

bgt33 reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time. Continued use of the platform after updated Terms are published will be considered acceptance of the new Terms.

These Terms are drawn up in Bengali. If any translation exists and conflicts with the original Bengali version, the Bengali version shall prevail.

2.1 Eligibility Requirements

To register on the bgt33 platform and use its services, you must meet the following conditions:

• You must be at least 21 years of age.
• You must be a resident or lawful citizen of Bangladesh.
• You must be of sound mind and capable of entering into a legal agreement independently.
• You must not have any existing active account on bgt33.

2.2 Account Restrictions

Each individual may open only one account. Opening multiple accounts is strictly prohibited. If bgt33 detects multiple accounts, all associated accounts may be immediately closed and all balances forfeited.

2.3 Account Security

You are responsible for keeping your account password and login details confidential. Any unauthorized use of your account must be reported to our support team immediately. bgt33 bears no responsibility for use of an account by a third party.

To ensure the security and integrity of the bgt33 platform, we reserve the right to verify members' identities. We may request a national ID card, passport, or other government-issued identity documents as needed.

Failure to respond to an identity verification request may result in the account being temporarily suspended. Withdrawals may be held until verification is complete. We will keep the information provided confidential and use it only for necessary purposes.

Submitting false or altered documents will result in permanent account closure and all balances may be forfeited.

4.1 Deposits

bgt33 currently accepts deposits through popular mobile payment services in Bangladesh. Accepted methods are bKash, Nagad, and Rocket. The minimum deposit amount is ৳200. Funds sent through any method other than those specified will not be accepted.

Rocket is the mobile wallet service of Dutch-Bangla Bank. Deposits are generally credited to your account quickly after submission. If you encounter any issues, please contact the support team.

4.2 Withdrawals

The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳500. After successful verification, withdrawal requests are generally processed within 5 to 30 minutes. Withdrawals can only be made via bKash, Nagad, and Rocket.

4.3 Transaction Responsibility

The member bears full responsibility for funds sent to the wrong number or via the wrong method. Please ensure all details are correct before making a transaction. bgt33 cannot guarantee the return of funds sent using incorrect information.

5.1 Welcome Bonus

New members at bgt33 can receive a 200% bonus on their first deposit, up to a maximum of ৳8,000. For example, if someone deposits ৳1,000, they will receive a ৳2,000 bonus and their total balance will be ৳3,000. If someone deposits ৳10,000, the bonus will be ৳8,000 per the maximum limit and the total balance will be ৳18,000.

5.2 Wagering Requirements

Every bonus comes with wagering requirements. The wagering requirement for the welcome bonus is 10x (ten times), applied to the bonus amount only. For example, a ৳2,000 bonus × 10 = ৳20,000 must be wagered before winnings from the bonus can be withdrawn.

5.3 General Bonus Terms

• A bonus may be claimed once only.
• Bonus funds cannot be withdrawn before the wagering requirements are met.
• bgt33 reserves the right to modify or cancel bonus offers at any time.
• If evidence of bonus abuse is found, the associated account may be closed.
• If the wagering requirements are not met within the specified time limit, the bonus will be forfeited.

6.1 General Betting Principles

All bets and games on bgt33 are conducted in accordance with fair play principles. Each game may have its own specific rules, which are stated in the game interface. Bets placed generally cannot be cancelled.

If the outcome of a game or bet is affected by a technical error or system failure, bgt33 reserves the right to cancel or adjust the relevant round based on the circumstances.

6.2 Sports Betting

The sports betting section offers the ability to place bets on cricket (including BPL, T20 World Cup, and IPL), football, kabaddi, and other popular sports. Please review the rules and terms of each event before placing a bet.

If an event is cancelled or not completed within the scheduled time, the related bet will be considered void and the staked amount will be refunded.

6.3 Live Casino & Slot Games

8.1 Closure by bgt33

• Information provided is found to be false or misleading.
• Failure or refusal to complete identity verification.
• Suspicious or unusual transaction activity is observed.
• Bonus abuse is confirmed.

8.2 Closure by the Member

The bgt33 platform operates on an "as is" and "as available" basis. bgt33 will have no liability in the following cases:

• Loss caused by internet disconnection or technical problems.

• Financial loss arising from normal betting outcomes on the platform.
• Loss caused by the member's own negligence or incorrect information.

Where bgt33's liability is established, the maximum liability will be limited to the amount of the transaction in question.
